Submitting a form does not guarantee approval, funding, scholarship support, mentor matching, programme participation, event admission, partnership acceptance, volunteer placement, response timing, or any specific outcome.

Application review is not automatic approval.EAF reviews applications based on programme criteria, available capacity, mission alignment, documentation, need, fit, and the details submitted through the official pathway.

4. Donations, sponsorships and giving.

Donation and sponsorship pathways are provided to help supporters engage with the foundation’s mission. Donors are responsible for entering accurate information and reviewing any payment, receipt, or donor communication provided through the applicable giving process.

EAF may use donations and sponsorship support in alignment with the foundation’s mission, programme priorities, operational needs, donor communications, applicable restrictions, and responsible stewardship practices.

5. Website content, images and approved stories.

Website text, page designs, logos, visual materials, photographs, graphics, reports, programme descriptions, public stories, and other materials are provided for foundation communication and may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Visitors may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, misrepresent, sell, or use EAF content in a way that harms the foundation, violates rights, misleads the public, or compromises the dignity of people connected to EAF programmes.

Approved stories and images are shared for mission communication. They should not be reused in a way that disrespects beneficiaries, families, students, applicants, donors, volunteers, mentors, partners, or communities.
